Metabolic Circuit Training
with
Ray Hamill, CPT
Circuit Training is one of the most
effective ways to address both muscle conditioning and general endurance within a training session.
In addition to raising the metabolism during training, the rate of ones resting metabolism (the rate at which calories are consumed
at rest) will also increase. This effect can be sustained if a Circuit Training program with emphasis on resistance work
is coupled with additional aerobic training and practiced consistently.
